| Below I have added some sites which I found informative and helpful in researching cloth menstrual pads and
menstrual alternatives, hopefully some of your questions and/or concerns about reusable menstrual pads can be answered.
I am not affiliated with nor do I endorse any of the following sites. |

If you are not a pad user and prefer tampons, perhaps the menstrual cup is for you. |
|
There are 3 different menstrual cups that I know of. The Keeper, The Divacup and The Mooncup.
I have tried the first 2. |
|
I prefer the Divacup over the Keeper for a few reasons. The Divacup has ridges on the outside which makes it easier to grip,
the Divacup holds its shape better over time and the most important... the Divacup doesn't hold odors.
In reading reviews of menstrual cups I have learned that the Mooncup is sort of a mixture of the two other cups. It is made of silicone like the Divacup but has the shape ('V' shape) of the Keeper. Click HERE for a comparison of the 3. |

Whether you choose cloth menstrual pads, menstrual cups or sponges; they are all better than disposables! Better for you, your pocket, the environment and so much more comfortable!
