| Below I have added some sites which I found informative and helpful in researching cloth menstrual pads and
menstrual alternatives, hopefully some of your questions and/or concerns about reusable menstrual pads can be answered.
I am not affiliated with nor do I endorse any of the following sites. |

If you are not a pad user and prefer tampons, perhaps the menstrual cup is for you... or you can use both, that's what I do as I have a very heavy flow. |
|
There are sooooo many menstrual cups to choose from. I have tried The Keeper, The Diva Cup and The LadyCup. |
|
I LOVE the LadyCup. The Diva Cup is much thicker and stiffer and it hurt to put in and take out. I used it for years but after a while the pain was too much so I stopped using a cup altogether. After a few years I came across a site that compared all of the different cups and that's how I met the LadyCup. I ended up with an orange one and it's so much softer and more flexible than the Diva Cup and much much more comfortable. Click HERE for a comprehensive comparison of the different cups. |

Whether you choose cloth menstrual pads, menstrual cups or sponges; they are all better than disposables! Better for you, your pocket, the environment and so much more comfortable!
